Notice on the issuance of the Format Specification for Government Procurement Announcements

The General Office (office) of the Central budget unit, the Finance Department (bureau) of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities separately listed under the Plan, and the Finance Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

In order to regulate the release of government procurement announcements and public information and improve the transparency of government procurement activities, the Ministry of Finance has studied and formulated the Format Specification for Government Procurement Announcements and Public Information (2020 version), which is hereby issued to you. Please comply with it.

All departments and regions should attach great importance to the disclosure of government procurement information, and urge and guide procurement units and procurement agencies to prepare and publish government procurement information in accordance with this format and standard from July 1, 2020. In case of policy problems during implementation, please timely feedback to the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance.
