Central budget units, Departments of Finance (bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities separately listed under the Plan, and Finance Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:　　In order to implement the relevant requirements of strengthening the management of government procurement demand in the "Plan for Deepening the Reform of the Government Procurement System", the Ministry of Finance has formulated the "Measures for the Management of Government Procurement Demand", which is hereby issued to you for compliance.
